League: SCEFL Premier Division (Step 5 of the English Football Pyramid)

Welcome to another exciting season for CGFC’s First Team! This is our 11th season in the National League System, competing at Step 5 in the Southern Counties East Football League Premier Division.

We are proud to call Chislehurst Glebe Football Club, Foxbury Avenue, Chislehurst BR7 6HA our home ground and look forward to welcoming all our Members, Supporters, and Friends this season.

Our Journey

CGFC’s senior side may have a relatively brief history, but it has been full of memorable moments:

• 2013-14: Our debut season in senior football, finishing 10th in the Kent Invicta League.
• 2014-15: A strong follow-up season with a 7th place finish.
• 2015-16: A disappointing 3rd place finish, narrowly missing out on promotion to higher divisions, but we did secure two major trophies—the Kent Invicta League Cup and the London FA Senior Trophy.
• 2022-23: A historic season where we reached the 3rd Round of the FA Vase and achieved our highest-ever league position, finishing 3rd.
• 2023-24: A season to remember, as we claimed our first silverware in years by winning the SCEFL Roy Vinter Respect Charity Shield on the opening weekend. We also made it to the Semi-Final of the Promotion Playoffs.

This marks our 11th season in the SCEFL Premier Division, with Dan Lawrence leading the team as First Team Manager, supported by a dedicated and experienced coaching team.
